If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
All our products are made to order and are non-returnable. We welcome you to view any product in person at any of our stockists or you may request a viewing at the studio. Please email for your nearest stockist or to arrange a convenient date and time to visit the studio.
All artwork including framed/unframed limited edition prints, open edition prints and originals are non-refundable. Orders placed and paid for cannot be cancelled. Please know that outright returns at the end of an exhibition, event days or at any other time, are just not possible. Please also note that once a payment plan has been entered into for originals, all payments made are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund simply because you've had a change of mind.
We take the utmost care in packaging the goods, and only use reliable, professional carriers. Nevertheless, you must examine packaging and goods on arrival before signing for them. If the packaging is damaged, decline the package and have the courier send back to us.
We will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing of any goods which are delivered in a damaged or faulty condition. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the fault.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the damaged or faulty Goods to Us. Please contact us by email for our returns address.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
