Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Steven Howard Gallery.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Steven Howard Gallery.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.

Returns Policy

All our products are made to order and are non-returnable. We welcome you to view any product in person at any of our stockists or you may request a viewing at the gallery at Trentham. Please email for your nearest stockist or pop into the gallery 7 days a week. To arrange a private viewing please email your request for a convenient date and time to visit the gallery.

All artwork including originals, framed and unframed limited edition prints are non-refundable. Orders placed and paid for cannot be cancelled. All original are subject to a 50% deposit to secure them. We will hold your item for 28 days when the balance will then become due. Alternatively we can offer an interest free payment plan of up to 10 months. If we don't receive the remaining balance the piece will be offered for sale and any deposit or payments will be held on account until the piece has been sold and only then your deposit or payments will be transferred to you in full.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund simply because you've had a change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We take the utmost care in packaging the goods, and only use reliable, professional carriers. Nevertheless, you must examine packaging and goods on arrival before signing for them. If the packaging is damaged, decline the package and have the courier send back to us.

We will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing of any goods which are delivered in a damaged or faulty condition. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the fault.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the damaged or faulty Goods to Us. Please contact us by email for our returns address.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
